Regular in stock items are processed within 24 hours. Custom designs and personalised cases are typically processed within 48 hours. During Peak times such as Christmas, there can occasionaly be some further delays
Shipping times depend on the destination country. We have various fulfillment centers across Europe and will usually dispatch your order from the closest one to the end destination. To view our shipping estimates for each country, please see the table below.
We offer two different shipping methods
Standard
This is our most cost effective method sent using standard post. There is no tracking or insurance included with this method.
Tracked
Our tracked shipment method is typically faster and is trackable and fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
Please note. Although rare, parcels do occasionally get lost during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels when using standard shipping.
