We have fulfillment operations in three different countries. Depending on stock we may ship your case from the U.K, The Netherlands or The U.S. 

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, in rare cases, there may be restrictions preventing us from shipping to a country. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

For in stock and non personalised items, shipping typically takes 4-10 business days depending on location.  Delivery times will be slightly longer for customised printing and out of stock items. Please note, delivery times are currently experiencing slight delays due to COVID-19

At CaseFace we’re confident you’ll love your case. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your goods. Please see our policy below

Faulty/Damaged Goods – within 30 days

If your goods are faulty /dmaged, you have 30 calendar days in which to inform us of the issue and request a refund or replacement

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. For damaged goods, postal cost will be covered by CaseFace.

Unwanted Goods – within 30 days

Unwanted goods may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid – you are responsible for return postage cost.

Personalised Items

Please note, personalised items can not be returned unless faulty/damaged. 

You can pay securely by PayPal or credit/debit card directly through our website. We take security seriously and employ Mastercard Secure Code and Verified By Visa where applicable.
