We want you to love your CaseFace product — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
📦 30-Day Return Window
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalised items (e.g., cases with initials) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
🔁 How to Return an Item
Email us at support@caseface.co.uk with:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
Reason for the return (optional but helpful)
We’ll reply with return instructions, including the return address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
You’ll receive the refund via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to show up.
⚠️ Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund lost returns.
🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’ll make it right.
Email us at support@caseface.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description
We’ll sort a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
