Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your CaseFace product — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 30-Day Return Window

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., cases with initials) are not eligible for return unless faulty.


🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@caseface.co.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

You’ll receive the refund via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to show up.


⚠️ Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund lost returns.


🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’ll make it right.

Email us at support@caseface.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll sort a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
